Privacy Policy

This explains what information RKZ HOSTING collects when you use our store and hosting service, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Account details — the name and email address you register with.
  • Order details — the plan, domain (if provided), and billing choice for each order you place.
  • Payment information — payments are processed entirely by PayPal. We never see or store your card or PayPal login details — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, and a PayPal transaction reference.
  • Hosting account details — your Hestia control panel username is generated automatically and stored so we can manage your hosting account and let you (or our support) look it up.
  • Basic technical data — your IP address is used briefly at signup to detect approximate country (so pricing shows in the right currency) and isn't otherwise stored beyond normal server logs.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information to third parties. We don't run ads or ad-tracking on this site. We don't share your data with anyone except the services required to actually run the store (PayPal for payments, our email provider for sending you account/order emails, and Google reCAPTCHA to help filter bot signups).

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in — that's it. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

Children's privacy

Our service isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly allow anyone under 18 to register an account or purchase hosting.

Keeping your information accurate

You can review and update your name, email, and password at any time from your Profile page.

Data retention

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time via Support, subject to what we're legally required to keep (e.g. transaction records).

Your content

Whatever you upload to your own hosting account (your website's files, databases, email) is yours. We don't access it except when necessary to investigate a Terms of Service violation, respond to a legal request, or provide support you've asked for.
