Refund Policy

Because your hosting account is provisioned automatically and instantly the moment payment clears, we handle refunds a little differently than a typical retail purchase — there's no "unopened box" to return.

If something goes wrong on our end

If your account fails to provision, or your domain/SSL setup fails and we're not able to fix it within a reasonable time, you're entitled to a full refund of that order. This is the most common legitimate refund case, and we handle it without hassle — just reach out via Support with your order number.

Change of mind

Once your hosting account has been successfully provisioned, we generally don't offer refunds for a simple change of mind, since the server resources for your plan have already been allocated. If you're unsure, we'd rather you ask questions before ordering than after — see our FAQ or reach out via Support.

Hardware failure or service disruption

Servers occasionally fail — if ours does and it costs you meaningful downtime, tell us and we'll look at giving you credit back for the portion of your plan you didn't get to use, decided individually rather than by a fixed formula. That said, losing your actual data isn't something a refund fixes — see the backups note in our Terms of Service.

Auto-renewing plans

You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your account — this stops future billing but doesn't refund the period you've already paid for; your hosting stays active until that period ends. If a renewal charge goes through and you'd genuinely forgotten to cancel, contact us promptly — we look at these on a case-by-case basis rather than applying a blanket rule.

Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations

No refund is provided for an account suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service (e.g. prohibited content, abuse of shared resources).

How to request a refund

Contact us via Support with your order number and a short explanation. We aim to respond quickly since we know waiting on a refund is frustrating.
